Great amenities & convenient location

I absolutely loved the breakfast at this hotel! It was an amazing spread with a lot of variety. The bed was super soft and super comfortable, almost too comfortable. , the hotel is situated in a very convenient location with many different restaurants and shopping centers in the vicinity.

The worst aspect of my stay was the unpleasant odor in my room, even though it was a non-smoking room. The soap and basic amenities provided could have been of better quality as well.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel facilities were great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the exhibition center which was useful for my business trip.

During Easter, I had the pleasure of experiencing the ultimate stay in a hotel that offered everything I could have hoped for. the facilities provided were outstanding, with a state, of, the, art fitness center and a beautifully landscaped garden. the location was unbeatable, offering easy access to all the exciting attractions and restaurants in the city. Not to mention, I was delighted to avail myself of the free Wi, Fi, which made staying connected to my loved ones a breeze.

There were a few minor drawbacks that did not detract from the overall experience but could have been improved upon. I struggled with the room lighting system, which was a tad tricky to navigate.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right place. This hotel stands out with its outstanding luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre provided a very good selection of treatments and relaxation options , a great way to unwind after a busy day. the delicious meals at the Restaurant and the Bar/Lounge area were served by friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere. the rooms are spacious, well appointed and elegantly decorated.

The only minor issue was that the service was a bit slow at times. Even so, that wasn't enough to diminish the overall quality of the hotel experience.

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at Kempinski in Chongqing. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The location was convenient, with the nearest metro station just a few stations away from the bustling Chongqing Time Square CBD. The bed provided a great night's sleep, ensuring we felt well-rested throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay in Chongqing.
